Yes. Because Veesion detects gestures (not confirmed theft), some alerts can be false positives.
Common examples:
- A customer moves an item quickly but puts it back
- A customer changes bags/clothes in-store
- A staff member handles products (restocking, cleaning, etc.)
If you believe an alert is a false positive, qualify it as Not suspicious. This feedback helps improve the detection over time.
