If you're not receiving any alerts at all, the most common cause is a technical incident (Server Down) — meaning your Veesion server has lost its connection to our network.

- Open the app — is there a red or orange banner at the top? If yes, follow the guide above.
- Check your own internet connection — many cases are actually local network issues. Try pulling down to refresh the alerts list.
- Check your cameras — go to Stores → Cameras and see if they're all online.
If none of the above applies and you're still getting zero alerts, contact support for a diagnosis.
