Veesion offers several permission levels that you can edit
In the app, go to Stores → Users:
- Store Owner / Admin: Full access (settings, users, statistics)
- Store Manager: Can view & qualify alerts, manage users, and access some settings (depending on owner permissions)
- Security Agent / Store Employee: Can view & qualify alerts only (no settings)
If you’re not sure which role to assign, start with Store Manager for managers and Store Employee for staff on the floor.
