If your alert videos aren't loading, follow these quick steps:
- Check your internet connection: Make sure your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network.
- Compare with colleagues: Ask a colleague at the same store if they have the issue too. If the video loads on their device, the problem is likely specific to your phone or connection.
- Test your devices: Check if the video plays on a different device or browser.
- Update the app: Make sure you have the latest version of the Veesion app. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
- Only some cameras affected? The issue may be related to your DVR/server connection. Contact the support directly.
