No detection system catches 100% of incidents. A missed alert can happen if the gesture was split across cameras, the person moved out of frame, the distance was beyond 12 metres, or certain zones were masked to prevent false alerts. If you notice a missed detection, use Account → Declare an Undetected Gesture and provide the date, time, and camera number, and ideally the video footage to improve our algorithm.
